Digital growth & product studio

Turning audience insight into products people actually want.

We research audiences, uncover real demand, build digital products, and design the systems that bring them to market.

Where we begin

We don’t start with a product. We start with what people are already asking for.

We don’t begin with assumptions. We study

  • 01Audiences
  • 02Conversations
  • 03Content
  • 04Behavior
  • 05Demand

Then we turn what we find into products people recognise as theirs, and the launch systems that put those products in front of them.

01 /What we do

Four capabilities, one connected line.

Each one feeds the next. Research decides the strategy, strategy decides the product, and the product decides how it launches.

  1. 01Listen

    Audience Research

Understand what an audience wants, struggles with and actively asks for.

  2. 02Shape

    Product Strategy

Turn those signals into focused digital product opportunities.

  3. 03Make

    Product Creation

Design and build the product, offer and customer experience.

  4. 04Release

    Launch & Growth

Create the positioning, launch structure and systems needed to bring it to market.

02 /Selected work

Our first collaboration, shown as it is.

We're a young studio with one finished pilot. Here is what we did and what it produced, without rounding up.

Less Asking, More Connection — The Calm Influence Method

A calmer answer to an everyday parenting struggle.

Mike's audience is made up largely of parents worn down by repeated arguments, reminders and everyday resistance from their children. Together we turned that recurring struggle into a focused digital product.

Less Asking, More Connection: The Calm Influence Method — a 21-day digital programme. For parents of strong-willed children, ages 4–9.

  1. 01

    Audience Research

We studied what parents around Mike's content kept describing: the same arguments, the same reminders, the same daily resistance.

  2. 02

    Product Development

With Mike, we shaped that pattern into a 21-day ebook programme for parents of strong-willed children aged 4–9.

  3. 03

    Launch

We prepared the positioning and launch structure, and the product was introduced to Mike's audience as a small pilot.

  4. 04

    Initial Validation

The pilot brought in its first customers: an early signal that the problem is real, and a base to learn from.

3customers from the first pilot

A small first test, not a revenue story. It shows the process working end to end, and gives us real feedback for the next iteration.

The creator’s side

The collaboration, as Mike tells it.

Mike knows the audience; we brought the research, the product work and the launch structure. Here is the pilot from the creator’s side, in about a minute.

03 /Process

Five steps. Each one earns the next.

  1. 01

    Discover

We analyze the creator, business, audience and existing demand.

The goal is to understand what is already working before deciding what to build.

  2. 02

    Validate

We identify the strongest pain points, desires and product opportunities.

We look for repeated patterns rather than isolated opinions.

  3. 03

    Build

We turn the opportunity into a focused digital product and offer.

Every decision should trace back to something the audience actually needs.

  4. 04

    Launch

We create the positioning, content and launch system.

The first launch is designed to test demand as much as generate sales.

  5. 05

    Learn

We collect customer feedback and use real behavior to improve the next iteration.

What happens after launch informs what comes next.

04 /Why MonoDuo

A studio with an order of operations.

  • Demand before development.

We look for evidence that people want something before we make it. Signals come from repeated questions, conversations, content and real behavior.

  • Research before assumptions.

What an audience says and does outweighs what anyone guesses. That research shapes both what we build and how it should be positioned.

  • Small experiments before big bets.

A pilot with real customers teaches more than a perfect plan. A small launch shows what to keep, change or drop.

  • We build with the audience, not around them.

The people a product is for help decide what it becomes. Their questions and feedback stay in the work from start to finish.

05 /The people behind MonoDuo

Small by design.

MonoDuo is built by two people working closely across research, product, strategy and execution.
